Golden/Dural Saiki, a new project from NESTS??

NESTS returning?? eh....
well, N.E.S.T.S. is a mysterious corporation which seeks to create an army of genetically altered fighters. It saga begun in KoF '99, at that time NESTS create clone of Kyo who was the strongest fighter, and Implant his power/the flame in Krizzalid body. However the saga ended in KoF 2001 after the dead of Igniz. the corporation was never been heard since then.
So, who the hell is Golden / Dural Saiki??
